Low Citizenship Grades As Sixth Grade Teacher Predicts Political Career For Young Bill
How often do predictions from teachers about a students' future life and career come true? Too often for comfort is the answer.
Bill Clinton says that he adored his sixth grade teacher, Kathleen Schaer. In those days many teachers devoted their lives to children and never married and Ms Schaer was one such teacher who lived into her late eighties.
Ms Schaer made two predictions about the future life of young Bill which both proved to be extremely accurate. Her advice to Bill on how to stay out of trouble was "…it all depends on whether you learn when to talk and when to keep quiet."
Now that's a pretty much impossible skill for any politician to learn. But maybe Bill Clinton was more skillful at it than most… or was he? (page 29 and 30 Paperback)
